Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of order. Valor Golf Company will ship orders to the addresses provided at check-out. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER.
Any orders returned to Valor Golf Company due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. Customers will be notified by our customer service team to confirm the correct shipping address. An invoice will be sent via email to pay the fee - once paid, the order will be sent back out to the corrected address.
Orders cannot be cancelled once packages have been shipped.

ALL STANDARD DOMESTIC ORDERS, THESE ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE: This is not an express option and not guaranteed transit times by USPS. Orders process and ship within 2 business days of placing the order and will ship USPS Ground. Transit times vary depending on the destination from our warehouse in Florida. Usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL* - Orders with Priority Mail Selected will ship within 2 business days of placing the order. (weekends & Holidays are not business days). These usually arrive in 1-2 days.
Shipping options are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER ITEM POLICY:
Pre-order items will also say "PRE-ORDER" in the description with anticipated ship dates, which are subject to change depending on production time and variables.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS PROCESSING. IF PRIORITY SHIPPING IS SELECTED ON A 'PRE ORDER ITEM', THE ITEM WILL SHIP IN THAT METHOD ONCE THE ITEM BECOMES AVAILABLE.
